Every time I try to overwrite an existing save, I get an "Upload failed with error:" message (the lower line is empty).

Logging out and logging in had no effect. Saving works properly if I am saving into a new save.

Hm, maybe it is this particular save then.

For me, attempting to save this under the same name always seems to fail. (The name doesn't seem to matter)

e: Wait, it seems to work now... that was awkward

It has happened a couple of times later as well, but it seems to be random. It works at times and then all of a sudden it just makes the error again. I can't seem to find a pattern.
