    I agree with the idea that we should be able to set the ctype of the object we're creating with things like CRAY There are countless situations where DRAY is not viable. 

     

    For example, using CRAY to spawn PSCN with the ctype SPRK. That would be extremely useful. Also wrong section I think.

    Ctype can only ever hold one thing, not two. So !set ctype clne ice ctype sing doesn't make any sense.

    CLNE does have ways to store the ctype of what it is cloning, but it only works on a few elements like LAVA. For anything else, I guess you'll need to figure out if DRAY works. DRAY could easily clone ICE(SING). Also there was a front page save of DRAY creating a constant spark of SPRK(PSCN) or something like this.

    It could be a filt mode, filt with tmp 10 (or whatever number they are up to) changes the ctype/tmp/tmp2 etc of cray beams that go through it.
