help with account issues

    Umm...hello. I'm new to this site (but not the powder toy! ) and I tried to create an account as Excimer Sun Software, cody.goodin@gmail.com but somehow messed up when I put in the password to use for it and now can't use the account. Could a mod please delete that account and this temp account so that I can try again? This account is ESS, cody@goodinfamily.net. I can provide password verification for this account if you would like and can also provide the password that I attempted to use with the aforementioned account. Please help!

    If you know the password, you can change it yourself through the "Profile" item in the menu at the top.

    Well, the reason I can't use the Excimer Sun Software account is that, when I created the account, I somehow messed up the password in a way that I didn't realize. I came to this conclusion after I tried to login with what I believed 100% to be my password and it kept refusing it. Thus I created this temp account to use to ask for help. I first tried to remake the account but it wouldn't allow me to because of the name and email already being assigned to the botched Excimer Sun Software account.

    I can't find anyway of getting to the account. Did you submit anything at all on the account?

    I believe so. I went to the register page, typed Excimer Sun Software for the name, typed cody.goodin@gmail.com for the email address, and typed a password in the password fields and attempted to login. It turned me down mutiple times at the login and then when I tried to recreate it, it acted like the account was there. I suppose that if some sort of bug or glitch
    in the system is responsible for my troubles that the account no longer has any traces of it's existence left on the site. I may be able now to remake the account. I'll try that real quick and let you know if it works or not.

    Nope! It definitely believes that the account is there. Oh well, it was an idea anyways. Actually I have a thought as to how I may have messed up the password. I'll give that a shot too.

    Unfortunetly I don't have access to the system and see what account there are. If i could find the account I might have been able to do something about it.

    Nevermind that too. I tried every permutation that I believed to be likely. None of them worked... Mabey I should write a small Python script to hack my own password for me! ) The only bad thing is that I used a password strength checker on it one time and it said that it would take something like 17 billion years for a modern PC to crack it! Though, I suppose that already having a rough idea of what the password is could help! ) Oh well, don't worry, that's what we would call a "last resort"!

    Well I'll see what I can do about it. I'll keep trying to figure out the messed-up password.
