New element: Praseodymium

    Praseodymium can be used to slow down light to 300 m/s

    If this was implemented in THE GAME you would be able to use it to slow down light sort of like how water slows down neutrons.

    It either would be transparent or it would bounce off and become slower.

    I bet you could use Vacuum to speed it back up again because it is said that light is faster in a vacuum than anywhere else.

    Or just low pressure.
