When I click on the download 43.0 it takes me to
https://powdertoy.co.uk/powderbeta-43.0-osx.zip
that says 404 - Not Found. What do I do?

For clarification: There is no OS X version for the version 43 beta, you're going to have to compile it yourself.
If you wait a day or two, there will be an OS X version for the final release.
