im not sure if there is already a way to do this, but if there is pls comment

LPLS-basically plasma, but behaves like GEL, and wont dissapear after a while, and produces random particles of PLSM

    wikipedia:

Plasma (from Greek ??????, "anything formed") is one of the four fundamental states of matter, the others being solid, liquid, and gas.

Ignoring that, and assuming you don't mean literally a liquid state of plasma (and I really hope you don't), I don't see any use for a liquid version of the plasma element.

Do you mean the plasma in the blood of animals?

well, in quark stars, the center is plasma, but still in liquid form due to the fact that its a super fluid made up entirely of leptons, so it could be like that

and not like animal blood plasma i mean like burn yo face off hot as **** plasma

Actually, that stuff would be made of quarks, not leptons. In addition, it would violently explode if you took it out of the star's core since there would no longer be enough pressure to sustain it, and it is not even a regular plasma, but an entirely new state of matter called quark-gluon plasma. Finally, what uses would this have?

    exploding violently unless under pressure

There is EXOT, but its pretty easy to contain. I think some kind of radioactive acid would be interesting
