    this is an element suggestion.

    RULR

Function: Located in the tools section, it would serve as an in-game ruler used measure pixels with.

    How to use:

Shift+Drag the length of an object

The length of pixels would be returned in the hud after X and Y coordinates.

Use: It would be usefull for electronics making and would make counting dimensions of much less of a hassle.

i dont know if this is possible to implement without directly going into the console but if it is, it would be really helpful if someone could do the former. thanks

Hmm, the old tpt used to have this when you typed tpt.setdebug(4) into the console.

When it was redone in c++ it was never readded, although it looks like it was planned but forgotten about.

Edit: cracker64 wanted me to link to lua scripts that do this like this one: https://powdertoy.co.uk/Discussions/Thread/View.html?Thread=17645

Also, I added back tpt.setdebug(4) for the next version. There is also tpt.setdebug(1), and tpt.setdebug(2) is a new thing that Simon made that looks kind of cool.
