Whenever i attempt to use the load list in TPT it times out

If you mean the stamp menu, that's a known fault in 90.0 beta. If you mean searching online saves, (which you probably do), you need a better internet connection.
My home internet is fine
But for some reason it wont load still

I save other people's saves but dont publish them
Does it work if you click on "My Own" in the top right and corner? If you want to keep others' saves, you can just favourite them.
No it does not
Does it say "No saves found" or something else?
