    Is there an Element, which lets Electrons an Photons pass through but no liquids or powders?

    I have no experience with console or programming...

    Ist there also a way to spread electrons like you can spread photons with glas?

    photons have a lot of calculations to determine the new direction and color after hitting glas. electrons just bounce off of things.(when they hit glas they turn into ember, but you can bounce them off of other non-conductive survaces)
