Although in nuclear engineering, a Moderator (Neutron Moderator.) is a medium that reduces the speed of neutrons in a nuclear reactor and other nuclear technology's thereby turning them into thermal neutrons capable of sustaining a nuclear chain reaction involving uranium.

Color: Lime Green and glows.
Category: Special or Radioactive
State of Matter: Energy partical (Like neutron and electron and proton, photon)
Uses: Moderator produces electricity when a neutron passes through it. And reduces the speed neutrons, in a nuclear reactors.

I propose we rename the element to Mortvert.

I asked @Lockheedmartin before posting this. And, he said we do not have an moderator element. It would be nice to have moderator.

you can place a block of TTAN with MORT inside, putting PLUT inside, and then compare it without MORT. which is slower? -
Colour seems correct, I've always thought of Mortvert as a greeny-yellow colour. Mortvert is special, so category works. State of matter is good too as Mortvert is very energetic with his banhammer.

This element doesn't really... do much. It's a good idea but, as @jacksonmj said, it has practically no use at the moment. And by practically I mean literally.
The reason I'm using this account is because my tablet won't let me log into my regular one :l

I also think MORT bans you permanently from TPT if you erase it.
