EDIT: By the way, I think you forgot to include libbz2-2.dll, it won't open because of that.

This mod specifically appears to just need pthreadGC2.dll, zlib1.dll, libbz2-2.dll, libgcc_s_dw2-1.dll, and libstdc++-6.dll
