    When you put FIRE in SMKE contactly, It ignites.. In reality, smoke doesn't ignite when you put fire.. I am wrong or.. Err.. What??

    In Powder Toy, when FIRE cools, it releases smoke and apparently when smoke heats up it turns into fire again.

    I haven't tried to burn smoke, but smoke is supposed to be unburnt carbon particles, so I guess if heated up enough smoke does burn in real life....

    it's probably to simulate explosions cause by hot smoke coming into contact with oxygen(which can happen if a fire is almost smothered by it's own smoke, but then an opening occours such as a door it will flare up)

    Heated SMKE transitions into FIRE at 625.0 K!
    Proof
    HighTemperature = 625.0f;
    HighTemperatureTransition = PT_FIRE;

    Smoke is "disappearing" very fast.. It's impossible to burn it xD

     Hmmmm... Maybe for some experiments..

    HighTemperature = 2773.0f;
    HighTemperatureTransition = PT_PLSM;
    are that is a part of the code of FIRE?

    That is a part of the code of the element SMKE in Powder Toy.
    It says when the temperaure of smoke is 625, it changes into FIRE.

     smoke doesn't disappear in real life except when a plant transfor it to food (grade 3 :D)

     to proof it get some smoke inside a closed box somehow and watch it , it won't disappear

    Plants don't make smoke disappear. They just absorb the CO2. Carbon di Oxide is supposed to be invisible. The visible part of smoke is suspended carbon particles. The heavy ones should settle down after some time, while the light ones remain suspended for a long time, and in large polluted cities, causes things like smog.
