It did that to me too. I'am taking spanish and it might be a way to shorten it up instead of having capitals in the name of the game. I am going to ask Miss Howes, she might know why since shes my spanish teacher. Also she has told the class not to use Google Translate.

Nope, "The Powder Toy" is nothing more but a part of a sentence. By most definitions a sentence needs to have atleast one subject and one verb, e.g "Protcom writes.". Or it can consist of a single imperative verb that doesn't need an object, e.g "Be!" and "Go!".

'the powder toy' has a normal-looking translation, but

'(The) Powder Toy' (note capitalisation translates as waves- wierd!

I think it's simply someone messing with it. All translations on Google Translate are user-contributed, therefore someone from TPT might've just said 'Hey, Ill just mess with the translation'.

This is just a theory, but there is the fact that Waves isn't even a word in Spanish.

I was doing a Spanish assessment and needed to look up what it was.

I know this. It's not exactly a sentence, more a fragment.

We've been told not to use it but I was only using it to do that :P

Also, it has to be capitals.

"The Powder Toy" is a single grammatical object. A sentence needs at least one verb, like you can't just say "The baseball" or "The Red Cake", they aren't sentences.
