Way to set universal pressure?

So from what I understand, the void of TPT will continuously emit or absorb pressure in relation to what the pressure of the sim is to get it at 0.  Just as with ambient temperature, is there a way I can change this property through the console?

So I could, say, set it to max pressure and the entire sim will want to return to that point  (from pressure provided by the void) if there are any air pressure disturbances, such as any pressure below the max.

I'd greatly appriciate if anyone could answer this for me.

a simple way to do that?
@jacob1, please add a script that universal pressure like !set maxpressure 1000, will set the maximum pressure to 1000, while !set minpressure -100 will set the minimum pressure to -100.
