Interrobang HTML code not working

    I was trying to type an interrobang in the HTML editor by typing ‽, but it doesn't render properly. If it's in a code bracket though, it works fine:

    ?

    How does one do this properly?

    It seems to work in the editor too   "?"

    But when I post it, it always gets converted to a ? sign.

    Question: Why do you even need an interrobang?

    Please don't use the WYSIWYG editor. It might convert your HTML entities straight to the corresponding character, instead of letting you post the entity itself. It's full of quirks, unpredictable and sometimes uncomfortable.

    ‽ => ‽
