*IDEA (Maybe...)*

So I was playing The Legendary Powder Toy one day and I was thinking, "Why isn't there multiplayer?". I don't know if this could be possible, but I would like multiplayer mode. Think about it, what if your friend had TLPT/TPT, but you wanted a way to directly play WITH your friend. Who knows, entire SERVERS can be built.

    Formatting

The format of TPT Multiplayer will be the same except the unused spaces (Bottom, Right) can be used. For example, The bottom can b used as a search bar (For Multiplayer Servers) and another small portion can be used as a chat. The sides can be used to switch Areas (Will be discussed in next topic) and check who joined.

    Multiplayer

The multiplayer TPT will be divided in to Pages, or "Areas". Each area is the same as any other ones, but the owner can only edit it, unless one is permitted to edit with him. Each area also has its own set of rules the owner can set. Let's just say that you don't want people to put their own Stick Man in your area. Turn off the option and it will be disabled. On other areas, the neutral options are:

    Stickmen: On (Self-Explanitory)

    Decorations: Off

Players Can Edit: No (Will be a list)

    Explosives: Disabled (To prevent destruction)

These should be the neutral options.

So if you like my ideas, then good. Hope that this will be possible. :)-b

Why would we need multiplayer? can't we just make a save, and have others improve on it like we do now??

besides, this is just a recipie for disaster!

Either download and run this script, or get my mod because it's embeded inside :D

It doesn't have some of the features you described, but it's really fun still.

Well, I guess this could work on a platform set up much like facebook. Viewers can produce "Additive saves" that the creator can add on to the work w/o the additive save actually being published by itself.
