    Common Dry Ice is found in sending meat packages across long distances

    Its Frozen Carbon Dioxide, and Carbon Dioxide has weak intermolecular forces so it doesn't have a liquid state

    you would have to introduce two new elements for this

    CO2 can create a massive amount of pressure for your "dry ice bombs"
