Necroing a topic is basicly bringing a topic back(from a while ago) which we've already discussed before( and settled the dicussion) and posting on that topic for not much of a reason.
Necroing topics is another form of a troll. So don't do it!

necro just means dead.
necroposting is posting on a really old post like its new.
in short, don't necropost.
