    no
more detailedly, TPT uses its own UI library which can in no way be connected with a ui lib like metro, for OS tpt's windows are just a rectangles of pixels, nothing more. Other than that, afaik windows store requires quite a large chunk of money to post an app

I think students get to publish apps free, but i'm not sure what issues me posting it in that way would cause ...

And i'm not making one anyway. TPT is done in a very strange way, it uses no standard ui library like mniip said, it has it's own. This means it's basically compatible with nothing ...

If you want TPT on your Windows RT tablet I would look into whatever programs there are to let you run things not from the windows store. It might void your warranty or whatever, but I don't see why you shouldn't be able to run whatever you want (and i'm only assuming such programs exist)

If the TPT team did that would be awesome because I have a Surface Pro 128GBs Windows 8.1 Pro. With Type Cover 2. And try the app Microsoft Project Seina (Or something like that.... :| ) To make an app, I dont know about publishing it. But for all I know and/or heard on one of my postes. It. Just. W.O.N.T Work. D: . Go Microsoft!!!
