SING eats everything, it really isn't meant to be cloned. People still find ways in bombs I guess.

I also don't think DEST should be able to be cloned, but it's not that important that I would change it.

CLNE, similar to DMND, is not meant to be destroyed.

yes it is, at least by SING (in my opinion). DMND is the one element that reacts with nothing, also if you want to clone SING try cloning BCLN at the same time, it should spread fast.
