fix bug where Ctrl+X don't delete stacke

This is actually sort of intended. When I use ctrl+x or box delete, I only want one layer to go away. This can be useful a lot of times. Although possibly ctrl+x could have some special feature where it actually does delete stacked particles, but box delete still doesn't?

Maybe we'll see what other people think of this first ...

Edit: actually, having just ctrl+x do this would be best probably. Currently there is a bug where when you ctrl+x, and then ctrl+v, the ctrl+v includes some of the stacked particles that the ctrl+x didn't delete.

I also wanted that too :)

I also wanted box delete to delete only one layer while Ctrl+X deletes everything. But I feel it strange to paste undeleted things.

Secondly, this will also fix a bug where pasting on stacked particles will... Do unexpected things (such as when you paste a 2-layered particle on a 2-layered particle it creates a 3-layered particle)
