When i tryed to update to the latest version my computer says its got a troij ware virus from it

Please help!

TPT has no such thing, you may have already been infected, or clicked something else bad (there are some fake download ad buttons that like to pop up).

Clean your computer, and make sure you download the official TPT, https://powdertoy.co.uk/Download/powder-win32.zip .

What virus blocker are you using? I'm using avast! and it's hasn't detected any viruses from TPT.

@salmoncat1, according to boxmein's thing, your probably have comodo and your getting a false alert.

I actually got a virus alert for the first time on my antivirus as well. I use AVG.

It's probably one of the following:

1) A false positive (TPT has no virus, but the antivirus thinks it does)

2) Another virus with the same name

3) Rogue software (better watch out, these things can kill you!)
