Front Page should be Harder to Obtain

What the title says. With the front page as it currently is, anyone can get it with a single +1 on the save. What prevents the front page from failing to display good saves at the moment is the downvote button, which users seem to spam liberally.
If a larger sample of people is found to like the save, people would be less likely to downvote.
The front page should be less inclined to speed and more inclined to votes.

I simply disagree with every single point you have.
The only way out of the noob downvote crap and get views from people willing to upvote is to get front page anyway.

It's designed to be easy to get. Maybe you just don't like that it's too easy to get (only one vote can get you there), but i'm going to ask Simon to fix that later, it should take a few votes regardless of how fast it got them. I think a minimum of 3 or 4 votes would be better, and still allow most people to get on there, and allow it to not get stale like it used to.
