Yes, Visual studio is really annoying in some aspects, escpecially with TPT, left alone that it's microsoft bullshit

yeah, microsoft. Don't you hate how microsoft windows has the 'default download' on every wesite, doesn't spam every program and volume to the background and sidebar, and is the easiest system to personalise? How they actually upgrade their operating system, rather than just labelling it 10. How they have a usefull, organised folder viewer and command line terminal. How every projector EVER has the actual parallel-port data cable hookup, and doesn't need an adapter cord. Yes, microsoft is the worst.

Windows>Linux>Mac, and anything made by microsoft seems to outclass most of it's competitors, except google. (IE vs Chrome).

After downloading VC++, i found it to be an amazing tool, being able to coordinate several things in a way i have never seen. Microsoft visual basic is better than Gambas, and Microsoft office is better than linux's.

Are there instructions for how to set up the source in Visual Studio 2012? I just bought my license for the Ulitmate Edition, but I wanted to know if I could use VS instead of Code:Blocks.

You can use any ide you want, the build command is scons.py --win --release, just tell it to do that. You need python and scons installed

Windows is way better than Linux in usability and user friendliness. Almost anyone can figure it out. Linux is for people that like more freedom and customizability, you can do almost anything. Its also better for compiling things. Windows doesn't need a good cmd since it had a good user interface to do everything.

Visual studio is great in my opinion, its my favorite idea and us easy to use. There are also some other good ones that are easier to get working, visual studio can be tough to set up but once its working its great.
