Going to guess that by Special Display you mean the Specials menu.

Now, I understand you want to suggest something that will make people go "oh wow, thats really cool" and to make improvments to Powder Toy, but this is NOT a good way to do it.

Click search, member search and look for Ark5. When he posts ideas he states what it is, what it should do and why. He should have done it in the element suggestions thread, but a lot of them were good.

Also using the search, type in the ekement you want to suggest, make sure it hasnt been suggested before. Expand on it if you feel a need to, I personally get fed up seeing threads like "We need plastic. make it from oil!" 50 times over...
