New Paint Feature

    Perhaps a paint feature where you click an element and the feature automatically registers that element's color.

    There is also a sample tool in the tools menu which you can assign to right/left click if you can't alt-click (linux alt-click is usually defaulted to move window and evades capture)

    and you can't change the sample tool thing in the deco menu, so that wouldn't work. For elements it would though. (I will fix this eventually)
