I wonder how can you do with the lua console iodine / iodine water / iodine vapor? -

When you read this, I'll expect you to know nothing about programming or Lua.
You first have to think up what it will do (literally, like "when PSCN is within a 1 px radius from the iodine then set the iodine's temperature to 500"). You're speaking to a computer and computers like details, but they can't think abstractly.
Then you can either use the lua element creator I made to get a simple start: http://boxmein.web44.net/tptelements/lua/
or write your own methods (Might be harder to you). Lua is a relatively simple language but I still expect you to not know it, so check it out here.

I forgot my lua way to make iodine/iodine water/iodine gas I think about it how I do it again,IfI don't know , I will start from the beginning.
