Use the mouse wheel (if you have one), if you want to change the brush shape press Tab (it will cycle through circle, square and triangle)

If you have a pad (like on a laptop), take your two fingers and pinch it inward for a smaller mouse and then outwards for a bigger one.

In simulation options, there is full screen mode and double sized screen mode.
