Version 42.3 has been released over two month ago and since that was no releases. Even no beta... So i have a question: Is it over? There will not be new versions?
http://www.mediafire.com/?6gasi6nmub78lag Here is current version from github. Changed: Photons Client Added some things from AntB's mod Added comments, descriptions, favourites to client.
I was thinking the same thing. I was told antimatter and such would be coming soon. That was more than soon ago. EDIT: In case you're slightly confused, that was in agreement to SerGreen's second comment. Not that you would be confused. I'm just obsessed with making sure everything is very clear.
The system as I understand is going through a HUGE change. So be patient and wait. Cause this stuff isn't easy. Theres a rule about this stuff and it is still being developed. I'm sure Simon would notify us if he could not develop this anymore. And, I'm also pretty sure someone else would take over.
There have been many new bugs and crashes with the new features added, and it takes a long time to get them all sorted out, Simon is doing his best to get 43 into at least a semi-stable beta as soon as possible.
cracker64 From the alpha I have atm it isn't quite ready for beta but soon. There's one bug I found that will crash it but I can't seem to replicate it.
pilojo Yea and there are still big problems with FUSE and FIRW, and a server problem that makes clients freeze/crash while browsing which is the main reason it isn't out yet.
but on topic, development of PT is going faster than ever, there are so many changes taking place if you follow github.
Also - if you want to be updated regularly, just go into IRC (freenode, #powder) or check the changelist on Github. AntB's mod tends to have the new features the official version will have (not necessarily elements, though (of course, some will be in the new official one)).
