What exactly is the purpose of ISOZ/ISZS?

I know that they both emit/react with photons, but other than that, the only thing that I personally have done with ISOZ is use it as a neutron channel when making bombs. Are there any other major uses?

You can make a lot of negative pressure with them.  Somebody made a really cool vacuum cleaner with it that sucked up powders and liquids.  Thats a major use.

It's essentially the inverse of plutonium. It's also the only element that simulates radioactive decay too. it can be used in ISOZ reactors.
    eg

It can be used to simulate chemical batteries
    eg

there are many applications for it.

Combine it with GLOW to make a PHOT based battery.
(add photons, ISOZ makes more photons, GLOW duplicates said photons, ISOZ reacts more, repeat ad infinitum)
