New libraries?

Hello,
I've noticed that there is a directory for 'tptlibrary' (or something like that) in the top directory level of the new source code. What is it for? Modding support (just a guess...)?
The main reason I'm asking is so that, if it is a separate library, I can package it as such when I submit it to Debian; I want to make sure the package completely conforms to their policy.

I usually delete it, it has something to do with some virtual machine thing, but I think it's unfinished. It only gives errors for me. You don't even need to compile it if it doesn't work, it was mostly a test.
It probably is for modding support though, when it is done. You will be able to create new elements with it (like lua, but faster / better). It won't be a separate library that I know of, just be compiled into official.
