TPT++ is the new TPT, it is written in C++, as opposed to C in TPT
its already out, everything since 83.1 is TPT++
but its not released yet, so 83.0, which is last TPT, is stil main release

There is a bleeding edge generated version called a "snapshot" here:
http://build.powdertoy.co.uk/snapshots/latest/win32/ for Windows (Select powder-win32.zip from the menu) -and-
    http://build.powdertoy.co.uk/snapshots/latest/lin32/ for Linux.

Mostly correct, but tpt++ is now main release. Everyone it using it now (except a few)

That isn't really used any more. Now that it's the full release version, it's either a release or beta. Maybe it will continue to be used sometime, but the last version there is older than the current release (I think?)

So basically the new version/beta is already released, if you updated to version 83.1+ (83.9 is latest), then you have it

tpt has been version 83.9 for over a week. I did compile a newer version with many fixes though. You can get it here. Do not save anything with VIBR though. That isn't an official element, and no one will be able to open it. Even if it is added, it will be put in a different element slot and will just turn into DMG later.

yes, I think that was fixed a while ago. If it doesn't work now, post here again, maybe it was broken again.

I have no idea why that dll would be needed, i've never seen it. Maybe you could try finding it on the internet, or i'll add it to the dll zip file.
