How to download antb's mod onto powder toy 42.3 OSX (mac)

    so if i download xcode, now what do i do with all the files in the antb-The-Powder-Toy-5fb452e folder i downloaded?


    P.s. i still dont know what "make" is, or how to use it.

    Also, yew101's mods (ending with .exe) come up with the error, "cant be run in dos mode in terminal." Would dosbox work with it?

    You need to run the Makefile via a terminal.

    EXAMPLE:
    AntB@netbook:/sources/TPT$ make powder-x

    Its linux-y but I don't speak Mac, user intuition should help you from here.


    *.exe are Windows Executionable files, you need WINE or vmware apparently.

    The makefile was sort of glitchy running in terminal. I tried downloading the powder-sse3.exe as a installer program in crossover, and it worked. It also works with all the other mods, as long as the actual program is a .exe ... And to all other OSXs out there, just run the file that ends in .exe in crossover. If you need more details as to how to open it via crossover just ask and i'll explain how to. Thx for everything guys.
