Internet going suuuuper slow

I'm using telstra for la' internet and my internet has suddenly gone super slow, i doubt we have used 200GB of data in 23 days so im not sure why its slowing down so suddenly. can anyone help a brother out?

Telstra must be the Australian equivalent to BT or Sky in our country. My internet went a bit slow once for an unknown reason, and after a defrag it seemed to be quicker again. -

Try on other devices to see if it's your computer being slow or it's really the connection

Odd... yesterday I found that to be the case here too... well, I suppose that's what we get for negotiating with Telstra's endless supply of irritating Indians and their careless call centres...
