What means "Install Powder Toy"?

    Like in the title: What means "Install Powder Toy"? When I'm pressing [Ctrl]+[I] I "Install The Powder Toy". But what it means? (Sorry for my Engllish)

    It makes .cps and .stm double-clickable(And also gives them a nice icon!), so you can open saves and stamps from your favourite file browser(which in Windows is Windows Explorer!).

    In simpler speak(I intend no offense!): It makes some of your Powder Toy files double click capable.
