Red links for user and talk pages on the wiki are normal, unless you have created those pages yourself. They aren't created automatically. I don't know anything about the comments though.

Whenever you have problems doing things in game that require you to be logged in, try logging in again. Sometimes the session expires, and the game thinks you are still logged in but the server says you aren't, so doing things like trying to vote on saves gives an error.
