Windows7 Problem[can't open console]

    I can press ~  ,But I can't open console

    Is the ~ key just above tab, and in left of 1?

    No, really, on his keyboard there might be another key on that place, it should be pressed

    it is probs a hardware problem. not software

    Since I install windows 7 I can't open console
    But Before I install win7 I use WinXP It worked!
    Now I use win7

    Its not a standard keyboard, first it has some more keys, and has ~ displaced
