    What hardware/software should I use to strip game footage onto my Laptop? Unfortunately Bungie Pro is gone...

    Sony Vegas if you want to be fancy and add a bit of special effects, After Effects if you want to add alot of special effects, Windows Live Movie Maker / iMovie if you just want to cut footage.
