    Which compiler are you using? In order for the mod to work, you have to compile and run the program. after you have successfully compiled the program without any mistakes, you need to click on run. It should bring up a version of tpt with your element in it if you did things right.

    Follow the tutorial in the Wiki, it explains all. Make sure you have Visual Studio ++ 2010 Express or it won't compile.

    Don't select the src folder, select the one in the directory above that (in your case, C:\Users\name\downloads\modding\jacob1-The-Powder-Toy--Build97-350-g856648c).
    That should be the folder where your project file is.
    And where you extracted those required libraries that you should have downloaded, assuming you followed the wiki correctly.
