Seperate creation sections

    I think we need to seperate the creation section into two sections. A section for electronic creations, and a section for other creations (ie lasers and stuff). This would make it easier for people to get their stuff noticed by people that are actually interested in similar stuff.

    Better yet make multiple sections, ie. Electronics section, lasers section, games section, bomb section ect.

    Yes, Exactly I mean i havent even come close to ten votes yet on any of mine i mean really come on people.

    If your work is good, then you have the resources to advertise your good saves. That is why there is a creations forum.
    If your work isn't good, however, then it won't get votes. So who's fault is that?
    My own work is not that good, therefore I do not get that many votes. You see?

    True, but the only reason i dont get votes is because i dont have artwork(Painted parts) my ideas and creations are good but they don't come out as nice as i planned them, the basics are there but not the looks.

    Would somebody like to team up with me i can help you too? I also Modify saves to make them a little more interesting.

    And that is why they are not receiving incredible amounts of votes. A save can have functionality, yes, but looks matter more.
    If this save had been any less neat in any way, then it wouldn't be in second place now.

    Exactly, ugh sort of hard. I'm not very patient. Who would like to team up for a save.

    Not really. You will notice that saves consisting of lasers and bombs generally get more attention than saves with electronics. Therefore these electronic saves are pushed down the list and forgotten. This is because much of the PT community has no interest in electronics, and therefore they won't bother looking at them. If we seperate the sections we won't need to worry about this.

    In other words. I can create a processor or a binary > decimal decoder that can decode up to 68 billion, and it will almost always get outvoted by pixel art.

    The moderators sometimes demote pixel art, actually (I'm sure I've seen Simon do it at least once).

    Also, I am artistically challenged and suck at pixel art, yet my engines make the front page.

    Yeah. I don't care about votes though. I just think too many saves don't get the attention they should get because they are pushed down the thread list by numerous other saves.
