+ and - (not the ones on the numpad) change the size of the brush accurately (as each scroll wheel tick)

yeah but right now my mousewheel is too sensible and my mother removed it and hid it -_-
so thats why im asking

Alt+[ and Alt+] will change the brush size by one pixel at a time.
