If you get banned from BOTH IRC and forums, UR NOT DOIN IT RITE! It means your stupidity has lead to bans for all contact to moderators. Live with it. Also, IRC is easiest thing other than the forums.

Meh, I thought that the age only really mattered if you register to NickServ. It says on the server message that by registering to NickServ, you confirm you are over 13, so if you don't register, no one will really give a damn. No one will give a damn anyway. Also, who's gonna know? Who's gonna stop you from being on the IRC? The IRCops? They have no proof you're under 13, so stuff them.
