TPT Source for making Elements?

    Hi everyone,
    first of all thanks heaps to antb for telling me where to get the programs for making elements, but I was just wondering if anyone knows where to get TPT Source that is mentioned in wikispaces that you use to make elements in Microsoft visual c++ 2010 express with.
