This is intentional. There's some secret voodoo behind the scenes that decides some saves are better matching than others. It thinks your "A normal bomb" is a better match than "GBMB thing".

This has bugged me for years so I dug into it. The short version is that because one save has "bomb" in the title and in the tags, it's more relevant than the other. You searched for "bomb" so it wants to prioritize anything matching that.

There's some math behind it and it just barely wins out. It calculates a relevance score based on the combination of save title + tags, then multiplies that by the score. So higher voted saves will win out due to that multiplication, but CAN lose out to a lower rated save in some cases.
