fix the tesla and more

    so first, i wont teh tesla to work how it should, aka lighting and wireless power, like i know that theres  WIFI but this is a realistic kind of simulator game, also can PHOT be faster? and i think thats all i want to be kind of fixed up.

    Also, though the simulator is meant to be realistic, it isn't meant to be ultra-realistic. "Fixing" those is not a good idea, because MANY, and when I say MANY I mean MANY, saves use TESC and PHOT as they're now.

    First powdertoy is not an REALISTIC simulator otherwise portals, black holes,white holes,stone travelling faster then phot,infinite spark and light bending to name a few would not exist.
    Secondly use acel and decl to change phot speed.
