    *with a heavy country drawl* If y'all like potatoes, you should come visit me here in Idaho, we can dig up some fresh potatoes from my farm and boil em, mash, em, and put em in a stew.

    Ooh. Potato capitol of USA.   I live in NewHampshire.  right next to Maine.  they produce potatos also and we see them in the stores around here.

     

    I have never met a potato I didn't like :)  I like to slice them the long way into 1/2 inch (~1cm) planks, oil and season them and grill them.  great with a nice ribeye.

    Its sad actually, even though we live in Idaho which is supposed to be the potato capital of the USA, we still see Maine Potatoes in our stores . . .
