The problem is that once we do drain it the sea bed will be nothing but piles of dead marine animals and sea plants. I prefer if we drain a small portion if anything. Don't trust him. He could have faked it or just planning something deviously. You can't be sure that it's aliens.

However, Io, the solar system's most volcanically active body, could be used to retrieve minerals from, even though the fact it's covered in molten rock and sulphur spouts, which is, in some cases, a good thing as RNN can easily obtain fuels and gases from there rather than milking our own planet.
Also, just to mention, once the DNM is created, it will be used as extremely powerful magnetic fields. A 15km neutron star has a magnetic field over 1000 times the strength of the Earth's. DNM technology will lead to much more powerful magnetic propulsion and orbital defence systems.
RNN is also planning on making land cannons like the Schwerer Gustav which can fire DNM projectiles and inflict great damage. ODU DNM cannons are estimated to shatter and destroy land in the blast radius of 3 Shanghai cities!

The Bowser Empire encloses it's traction cities completly.
It also starts creating a space ship (modified from a new traction city that is being built) that carries a giant C02 laser. This laser is surrounded by a tube like design carrying antimatter bombs that can be detonated remotely and by personnel on the ship. It also has antimatter rocket boosters, a centeral reactor and anything required to self substain itself, like the traction cities of the Empire. Completion: 3 years.
Any requests to help build this project to further decrease build time and add new things are appreciated, we must destroy those aliens!

A few refugees from R.L. and I.L. during the R.L/I.L war banded together to create a new peaceful country~Assistant Lands (AKA A.L.)
They vowed to help anyone in war, financially mostly.
New defenses for space are built, as laser technology is developing in R.L. Heat-seeking missiles are also on the rise.
And, of course, every citizen in R.L. knows how to handle any weapon~whether it be a gun, spear, or apple.

Kydonian visual telemetry equipment orbiting Mars was studying Neptune's moon, Triton, when all of a sudden, it was gone! There was a bright flash of light, and then, nothing. Since this alien ship doesnt seem to reflect light, we cannot tell how far away it is, or even where it is. All we know is that it has the capacity to destroy one of the largest moons in the system in the blink of an eye, and that there is likely only a single ship. There would have been more pinpoints of gamma ray and neutrinoos than there were. Kydonia begins construction of the first in-space battle cruiser, the Legionnary Command Ship Athens. This ship will be complete with two forward facing CPB Lances, two starboard, and two port CPB Lances, 35 Point Defense turrets, and an experimental hyper-kinetic nuclear torpedo launcher. We will destroy these aliens if they pose a threat to us.

The laser cannon on the space cannon we're building will also have a huge ring of magnets to accelerate antimatter missiles at super fast speeds. And to accelerate particles.

No. Keep that thing away from the Moon. It is ours. Ask for persmission or we will destroy it. Also, a bit to far ahead in techology I say? But whatever, just ask for permission before putting that bahemoth on the Moon.
As the A.H.C. hears of the news surrounding the sudden disapearence of Triton, 3 battle frigates were sent in the outer layer of the Asteroid Belt to patrol the area and scan it for anything unusual. After a few days of... well nothing, the 3 ships got a series of garbled messages and odd radio frequencies, before a bright flash of light nearly blinded them. A huge object, at least 5 times bigger than the ordinary frigate soon opened fire. The battle only lasted minutes and 2 of the frigates were destroyed in mere minutes, the 3rd had time to launch its escape pods before getting vaporized. One of the escape pods actually managed to get away, before being put in orbit around Mars. A.H. crew are on their way to recovering him. After a probe was sent to explore the wrecks, it found just the titanium skeletons of the ships, before we lost connection...
Europa, after another course trajectory, was placed in the habbitable zone. Its surface temperature is just enough to keep things cosy, but not enough to melt all the ice and flood everything. Crew transports have been sent and cities that aren't located underground have been built. After all, the population of Europa is now nearly 2000 people living in 12 settlements and cities.
The A.H.C. has finished construction of another battleship desing. Named a 'space-battleship', this thing is the most powerful yet, being about 400 meters long, 170 meters wide and 80 meters tall. It has a series of 4 antimatter torpedo launchers, each armed with about 20 torpedoes; 5 plasma torpedo launchers, each with 15 torpedoes; 4 gattling guns pointing in every direction; 3 large naval turrets; and 2 large missile ports for launching F (fussion) bomb-eqquiped rockets. They also have a large magnetic shield placed onto them to stop incoming projectiles and some thick super-strong titanium armour. Right now the A.H. amada has increased to about: 200 musquito fighters; 48 frigates; 3 battleships and it is slowly rising, since the looming threat of aliens is still at large.
The A.H.C. perfects the F bombs. Now they have some tungsten lining around the main fusion core. As soon as the bomb detonates, the tungsten will break into millions of tiny pieces going at super-fast speeds. The tungsten projectiles will weaken, if not destroy the armour of a vehicle, ship or aircraft and allow the main explosion of the missile to take the rest out quickly. It is fast, simple and cheap.

The AHC swiftly claims all of Europe, from the Gibraltar straight to the Volga river. I'm just glad I took it before anyone else, because, ya know, EUROPE FTW.
