    I sorry to say this, but I personally think that a second TPT Forums page is not something that should be done, I mean just for now the TPT community is not large(yet) for a second page(it might be good if it uses the same TPTuser/login info, but I don't think people would create another account on a separate site just to post on the forms

    Fanciest word I know for it is octothorpe. Imagine using octothorpe-labels instead of hashtags :P

    I mean IN THE FORUMS! The TPT forums support inside hashtags! Click for example the following link...

    hashtag #WhyNotTPTForums

    ...and you'll see all posts with it!
