Why can't you simply merge that msvcp120 file with the AllDLLs file?
I found one version of it there:

What about:
RADN-Radon-decays into ELEC with time
ROEG-Roentgenium-decays into PLUT by emitting XRAY with time
XRAY-XRAY-self-explaining. Set off by ROEG and ultra-heated TUNG. Sparks RBDM and GOLD. Decays into PHOT when slowed down. Decays into ELEC when sped up.
