I grab a nearby rope and hold on tight. Then a helicopter comes to save me. Don't ask how the helicopter got there. Your arguement is invalid.

The next user is inside a bunker with all exits blocked, no gas masks or immunities, breathing in it while it is filled with methane. Then a device appears out of the wall and detonates it, not only damaging you from the inside but exploding inside your lungs.

I have an ability: instant heal. So my body regeneretes. I simply walked out from broken bunker.

White clothes? white does reflect the ray of the sun, I'm an engineer, I can make that reflects ammos and bullets.

The next user is the last living thing in the universe. A universe that has not invented time travel. you fall into a bottomless pit with no supplies of any kind, there is a high level of radiation in the pit so any sort of electronics do not work and teleportation would not end well. There are no walls and nothing to grab onto. A swift downdraft stops any sort of flight or parachute from working.
